It’s been six months since we first released the ScheduleOnce connector for Salesforce. We’re seeing increasing adoption and receiving good feedback from our customers. Companies using our Salesforce integration are better able to engage their customers, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.

With ScheduleOnce 7.4, we are introducing several improvements to the ScheduleOnce connector for Salesforce. We’ve added advanced security options to support organizations with security requirements of varying levels. We’ve also improved the handling of Salesforce Record Types. These can now be managed on a booking page level, allowing a single user to accept bookings for multiple record types. Lastly, we’ve improved the performance of the connector, resulting in a more streamlined booking experience for customers.
