How do the Starter and Growth plans work?
A Starter plan gives you access to all the best features of ScheduleOnce, ChatOnce, and FormOnce. Starter plans are free for up to 3 users.
A Growth plan gives you access to the more advanced features of ScheduleOnce, ChatOnce, FormOnce, and SubmitOnce. Growth plan pricing is based on the lead engagement options that you need for each user. -
Can I mix the Starter and Growth plans?
No. Your account can either be on a free Starter plan or a paid Growth plan. If you upgrade your account from a Starter plan to a Growth plan, this will affect all the products and users in your account.

Can I upgrade from a Starter plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time from a free Starter plan to a paid Growth plan. However, please note that this will affect all the products and users in your account.

How does the lead engagement pricing work under a Growth plan?
You don’t need to pay a product or platform fee for any OnceHub products. Instead, we designed our pricing so that you only pay for the lead engagement options that you need for each user.
- If you need a user to engage with leads using scheduled meetings, then they need a Scheduled meeting user license. This user license is valid for ChatOnce, FormOnce, SubmitOnce, and ScheduleOnce.
Account administrators do not need a user license unless they want to use one of the above lead engagement options.

Can I add, remove, or reassign user licenses at any time?
Yes. You can add, remove, or reassign user licences from the Billing page of your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How does the renewal process work?
Monthly plans are renewed automatically every month. Annual plans are renewed automatically every year.

What’s your refund policy?
We always send a reminder email before your renewal payment is due. If you miss the reminder email and want to cancel your account, please contact us. We will be happy to provide a refund to recently renewed accounts, no questions asked.
