How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you full access to a Teams plan for 14 days. This includes unlimited users and third-party integrations. You’ll also have access to advanced features such as white-label branding and team distribution.

Can I upgrade from a Solo plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time from a free Solo plan to a paid Teams plan.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Can I add or remove users at any time?
Yes. You can add or remove user licences from the Billing page of your account.

Who needs a user license?
A ScheduleOnce user license is required for users who want to receive bookings. A ChatOnce user license is also required for users who want to receive bookings through a chatbot.
A user license is not required for account administrators unless they want to receive bookings. -
How does the renewal process work?
Monthly plans are renewed automatically every month. Annual plans are renewed automatically every year.

What's your refund policy?
We always send a reminder email before your renewal payment is due. If you miss the reminder email and want to cancel your account, please contact us. We will be happy to provide a refund to recently renewed accounts, no questions asked.

Are there any limitations on usage?
You can receive unlimited bookings through your account. However, in order to prevent abuse, we do have a fair use policy which limits accounts to an average of three booking pages per licensed user. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about our fair use policy.
